Well there goes "restructuring". Looks like this is the end of master replicas and our money. I doubt we'll get any money back.  The major creditors are first priority for proceeds of sale of any remaining assets.

Sadly this is very common. A corporation files for "Chapter 11" initially to make it appear as if a company is going to restructure, buy some time from those that it has screwed over and blow some of the energy out. And then switches and files for Chapter 7 liquidation. Best bet is to file with your local State Attorney General's Office and demand an immediate investigation as to where the 650K in Indiego funds went as soon as possible. The DOJ can freeze any payout to other major creditors of Master Replicas during the bankruptcy if there is an ongoing investigation until they find out what happened and follow the money trail. And if fraud is involved, they can freeze assets and seize any asset purchased illegally. The Bankruptcy Trustee makes a % off the sales of any assets owned by the company so they can not be trusted.
