Hello Meetup Organizer,
We recently sent you an invitation to preview a new look for
your Meetup Group home pages. It looks like you're an Organizer
of a Meetup Group that has not switched over yet. I'm writing
to you with next steps on the rollout.
Over the past few months Organizers have been previewing the
new look, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive.
Meetup Groups using the new format are attracting more members
than those using the old look. Due to the success of the trial,
we'll be switching all Meetup Groups over to the new look on
Wednesday, September 7th.
If you'd like to test drive the new look before the switch,
head on over to your Meetup Group now and click on the 'Try it
out' button from your home page. The option to toggle between
the old look and the new look, along with a handy feedback
form, will be available up until September 7th.
The new look features a three-column layout, an expanded
calendar view, yes-or-no RSVPing, and photos of recent Meetups
in the "What's New" feed. The embedded maps are no longer
featured on your event or group home pages, in favor of
highlighting more dynamic activity in your Group.

Your Group will be *automatically* switched over to the new
look. There's nothing further you need to do.
We understand that changes like this can sometimes be
disruptive for you and your members. Meetup Organizers are
hometown heroes whose hard work means a lot to their local
communities. We hope this is as smooth a transition for you as
it's been for the thousands of Meetup Groups who've already
made the switch.
