T/S Isaac in Haiti

We received a report from Haiti about the impact of T/S Isaac as it passed through the area.  We lost a tree at the Blanchard compound (where we have good connectivity) but do not yet have other reports about the communities.  Based on the water level visible in this picture and the fact that a tree went down, we can guess that there is some modest flooding and some additional wind damage, but not on the scale of T/S Noel from a few years ago.

 

Please pray for the Haitians as they recover from this storm.  Whatever the impact, it is not helpful as the country seeks to recover from the 2010 earthquake and its other problems.
