Li kole pa ka fè wonn pòt

Siy li menm se pèdi san fòt

Wi depi mil nèf san ventwit,

Jefò peyi n pa janm pa zwit

Malgre jwè travay jou kou nwit

Gade leta kwazeleywit

Jwèt olenpik se jwèt madre

Se domaj jwè n pa ankadre

Wi se vre jwèt yo pral fini

Men se manje manje dòmi

Ki pral tounen manje bliye

Ki fè jwè n yo toujou kriye

Randevou se pou 2015

Prepare Rio 2016

Lè sa la va gentan twò ta

Paske nou toujou an reta

Deja 84 lane

Jenerasyon papa m fin fane

Chache meday pa wè meday

Se plede danse rabòday

Men jwè pa kanpe sou podjòm

Jwèt yo fini, Kot Ayiti

Annou goumen kont lanati

Pou n fè tankou tout lòt peyi

An nou sispann zafè rayi

Renmen pito san n pa fayi

Gen grenn ka zòt nou ka keyi

Yo tout se yon sèl kòt fanmi

Ap bon jefò y ap gentan mi

Men nou pa ka mize nan wout

Fòk nou kenbe bagay yo kout

Mèt Laine manke fè n djaye

An nou pa mache pye gaye

Nan yon chemen l gentan trase

San pedi tan an nou vanse

Minwi mwen senk, pa gen ranse

An nou rezève tout danse

Pou lò kòd lò yo fin pase

Nan kou jwè yo ki di ase

Li lè pou ayiti cheri

Moutre lemonn ke li geri

Pitit li yo kanpe ansanm

Ak yon sèl kè gason kou fanm.

Genyen moun ki fè listwa; genyen tou listwa fè. Dènye kalte moun sa yo ta dwe retounen donn nan bay listwa si pou lavi kontinye boujonnen. Se paske listwa te bezwen reboujonnen ki fè l te fè yo.
Il y a des gens qui font l'histoire; il y en a que fait l'histoire. Ces derniers doivent lui rendre la réciprocité si le cycle de vie doit continuer. C'est en les créant que l'histoire se recrée.
There are people who make history; there are those made by history. The latter must return the favor if the cycle of life must continue since it is by creating them that history recreates itself.
