Please provide more accurate information that can help us to pin point
the exact location of the individual in need. Please understand that
it is very difficult to locate victims due to the fact the the rescue
teams do not know the streets, nor are there street signs.
Jacques: I've emailed you a couple detailed maps of PAP for you to
share with the rescue teams on the ground. Thanks.
