The ninja foodi tells you when to flip the food, around the halfway mark. Open the lid, and use the tongs to flip the steaks. I recommend checking the internal temperature with a meat thermometer about 5 degrees before the steaks are done.
We absolutely love steaks cooked on the ninja foodi grill! You get gorgeous grill marks, a perfectly seasoned crust on the outside and tender meat on the inside. Our favorite sides to serve with steak are microwave baked potatoes and asparagus or broccoli, and dinner is done!

I had just bought 2 fresh salmon filets and I was searching for a recipe using my Ninja grill. I found your site and my wife and I made this together. She made the sauce and asparagus and I seasoned and grilled the filets. We both loved it. It was a fast, easy, healthy and delicious meal. Thanks for the wonderful recipe and I've subscribed to your emails. I'm looking forward to trying more soon and we'll definitely be making this one again!
Have you taken carryover cooking into consideration for your indoor grill or air fryer? Check out our article on how carryover cooking affects doneness. Although beef is my preferred burger, this turkey burger recipe would also work well in the Ninja Foodi Grill.
This is my go-to recipe for how to perfectly prepare, grill, and enjoy chicken. Whether the chicken has an overnight marinade or zesty seasoning, I always prepare chicken according to this post. It's been tested repeatedly and guaranteed perfect every time.
Are you looking for the tastiest way to prepare grilled chicken breast in a Ninja Foodi Grill? I present to you the Best Grilled Chicken recipe for super juicy and extremely flavorful chicken. I'm always looking for ways to make grilled chicken breast that are a little different, and this recipe is definitely one of my favorites. The marinade is super easy and quick, but it really adds a lot of flavor to the chicken. The result is a very juicy and tender piece of meat with a great smoky taste.
These chicken breasts were amazing they were tender and tasted great with my crispy lettuce with goat cheese salad. I liked how zesty the lime marinade was, I'm so glad I grabbed this ninja grill for my birthday!
Can this recipe be doubled?
For the regular Ninja Foodi Grill, 8 drumsticks are pretty close to filling up the grill, depending on size. For best results, do not stack more drumsticks on top or squeeze them in. Your best bet is to do a second batch. For the larger sized models, fit as many will fit without overcrowding. And adjust the ingredients accordingly.
I just received a ninja xl grill. I am going to cook 16 chicken drums for a dinner. Could I do that in two batches on the grill. I was thinking of shortening the grill time for the first batch to maybe 18 minutes. Then putting them back on the grill for 5 minutes when the first batch is done. Would that work
Hi, I love the rub for these ribs as I have used this recipe twice. Just a note for slightly over a lb of baby backs it takes 12-15 mins with grill on max. I measured temperature my digital thermometer and it was over 155. Thirty minutes is too long. I also fo not add sauce until the ribs are done. The brown sugar in the rub creates a lot of smoke. I will grill next time on high grill setting for 20mins or less.

Yes, it can! The recipe booklet that comes with the grill includes air crisp directions for common frozen foods like chicken nuggets, fish sticks, tater tots, mozzarella sticks and more. Pizza rolls are specifically mentioned and can be air crisped at 390F for 12-15 minutes.

I totally agree that the air fryer cooks a lot faster than you would expect. I found that when using the cooking time guide in the recipe book the grill came with I always find myself cooking on the lower end of their suggestions or even less. Thanks for the great tip Norah!

This air fryer asparagus recipe is such an easy side dish and it's super tasty. Plus, it only takes a few simple ingredients and roughly 10 minutes to make. I use the 5 in 1 Ninja Foodi which has a grill option, so this recipe includes both the air fryer and grill cooking methods.
