Handling resource files (.rc)

i am wondering if HaiQ offers an editor for .rc files like some other
IDEs do.

No, it does not... however it should be a relatively simple exercise to create a plugin that interfaces Qt's own resource editor into Qt... in much the same way as the designer integration. Does anybody want to try it?
