Haiola minor update available; WEB milestone

There is a minor update to Haiola available now at https://haiola.org. Among other things, this improves compatibility with current ETEN DBL bundles.

Also, if you are using the World English Bible, now is a good time to update your copy from https://eBible.org or https://WorldEnglish.Bible. The language update editing of that translation is finally complete for the WHOLE Bible + Deuterocanon/Apocrypha.
