Info on forming a bike club

I thought I'd share this with the group, because I am often a believer
in not totally reinventing the wheel.

There is a PDF on that page that has some great info on how to start a
bike club/advocacy organization. The rest of their website is
incredibly useful as well, and an organization such as the League of
American Bicyclists could be very helpful in helping us achieve our
goals.

I know that all SouthEast towns are not alike, but Sitka made some
awesome progress with town infrastructure in a similar way to what we
are hoping to achieve. Check it out:
