Anyone else having an issue with previewing password protected assessments?  I'm trying to preview an assessment and after it asks for the password, it jumps back to the assessment page, not the assessment itself?  Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?   Thanks

Hi Dan,

Are you by any chance pressing the enter/return key instead of clicking on submit when you type in your password? Currently, it appears that there is an issue where if you press return instead of click submit, you will be redirected back to the assessment page. Everything should work fine if you click the actual submit button.

Let me know if you have questions. I'll post an update when this is fixed.

Best,
Elizabeth

Hi Dan & Haiku Masters,

I just wanted to let everyone know that we launched a fix to the
redirect issue Dan mentioned above early this morning. Students can
now press "return" on their keyboards as well as click the "submit"
button when entering in proctor passwords for assessments and they
should be taken directly to the assessment.

Best,
Elizabeth
