Proposed Modification to Assessments: Feedback needed.

Hello HUGgies,

We recently received a request to turn the browser toolbar on for students when they are taking Assessments in Haiku LMS.

We had this previously turned off because we wanted to discourage the use of the back button or browsing to other sites in the test window.  

However, the addition of the toolbar means that users of the Google Translate plug-in in Chrome will be able to have access to the tool if the school has it installed.  This can be very helpful to students needing translation while taking assessments. 

We are thinking of turning on the toolbar to address this need, but wanted to check with the HUG community first to see if there were any concerns about this change to the Assessment environment.  If you support the change we would appreciate hearing that too.
