integration with Blackbaud EE

Haiku masters and Justin:

Have any of you had any luck with the Blackbaud EE integration with haiku (class rosters?)

I know there is a pilot program ongoing currently with BB.

We originally signed on to participate, and then dropped out because, quite honestly, roster integration is nice, but gradebook integration is what we really want. So...any word on integrating the haiku GRADEBOOK into Education Edge?

Hi Brian,

I hope you don't mind me jumping in for Justin here!

We currently have several customers who are working on the Blackbaud integration, including some who have brought over data.  We also have a lot of customers who have expressed interest initially, but have not yet begun the integration as they need to reach out to us at integr...@haikulearning.com with their credentials.

I completely understand where you are coming from regarding the gradebook integration.  Currently we are in Phase 1 of the beta testing of the plug and play integration.  Phase 2 of the Blackbaud -> Haiku Learning integration includes term grade and attendance push back, however, the date for that step is currently not set.  My apologies if you already are aware of these articles, but I do want to point out that you can export grades from Haiku and then import them into Blackbaud.

We are hoping to participate in both the roster and gradebook sync. When we try to enable "third party web services" from within Education Edge, we receive a database error (Blackbaud does not have a timetable on the resolution to this issue).

- Are there any hosted Blackbaud schools ("hosted" meaning EE services are hosted at Blackbaud) who have successfully setup the sync to Haiku?
