Hello, Domain Administrators,

(My apologies if you have already received this announcement.)

As you may have already heard, schools using the old Google Apps integration have been having trouble logging in to Haiku Learning via Google Apps SSO.

This is the result of an issue that appears to be affecting a number of third-party applications that use OpenID for Google Apps SSO, so the problem is not limited to Haiku Learning.

At this point, the only way to solve the problem is to migrate to the new Google Apps integration, which does not use OpenID. For this reason, you will need to upgrade to the new Google Apps integration in order to ensure reliable access to Haiku Learning today

If you have already upgraded to the new Google Apps integration, or if you are not using Google Apps in Haiku Learning, no action is required.

Of course, if you have any questions about this, just send a note to your Community Specialist at comm...@haikulearning.com.
