Investigating Google Authentication issues

Hello, 

We are currently investigating reports that users are having difficulty logging in to their Haiku accounts with Google authentication. We are seeing widespread reports of Google Authentication issues from other apps. 

Our team is working to investigate further, but at this time this appears to be dependent on a problem on Google's end. We will be continuing to monitor authentication and investigate, and will post an update as soon as we have more information on Google's status.

Thanks so much for your patience throughout our investigation into this issue with logging in to your Haiku account with Google authentication.

Around 10:30 AM this morning EST, users reported being unable to log into their Haiku Learning accounts with Google authentication. Google acknowledged that this authentication issue was on their end (see more from Google about this on their Status Page, and, as of around 11:30 AM we are seeing that logins have returned to normal.

We are continuing to monitor the status of Google Apps authentication for final resolution, and will also be monitoring authentication into Haiku Learning, but as of now are seeing traffic and authentication processes behave as expected. You should now be able to log in to your Haiku account, however, please continue to be in touch if you experience further trouble with Google authentication!
