Good morning!

If you are a Google Apps user, we hope that the migration to the new integration is going well! Please let us know if you have questions, concerns, or any feedback to share.

If you have not yet migrated, please remember to do so by September 30th. This video will walk you through the migration process, which should take about 20 minutes or less.

Also, we want to follow up on a post we had shared regarding the two Haiku Learning applications in the "more" menu. For domains that have migrated, one of the copies actually points to the *old* Haiku Learning application. If you click on the old application, you'll be taken to myhaikuclass.com and prompted to grant data access in order to create a new, independent Haiku Learning account.

We've been in touch with the Google Apps team, who are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. In the meantime, a Google Apps administrator can solve this problem by deleting the old application from the Google Apps Admin Panel.

If you do this, it's very important to make sure you delete the old application:

- The old application points at https://www.myhaikuclass.com/do/openid/google?openid_identifier=haikuls.com. This is the one you want to delete.
- The new application points at https://myhaikuclass.com/do/authentication/google/google_begin?google_domain=haikuls.com. This is the one you want to keep.

If you're unsure about deleting the old application in Google Apps, you could also instruct your users to go directly to your domain's login page in order to log in. In addition, it's worth noting that the smaller of the two Haiku Learning icons is the new application (please see attached screenshot).

Again, please let us if there is anything we can do to help!

Best,
Jbid
