Is there any limit on the minimum number of gene families to use in CAFE analysis?

Hi,

I am a PhD student at Uppsala University of Sweden. I have been trying to run CAFE with very few gene families e.g 6 families but CAFE gives me error complaining sometimes that the number of gene families is 0 or that there is problem in reading the gene families, though it runs smoothly with another bigger dataset e.g with 150 gene families. I wonder, is there any limit on the min number of gene families. If not, what do you think could be wrong here?
