Families with largest size differentials

Hi Matt

Thank you for such a great software. 

After I ran cafe, it reported "Families with largest size differentials". As followed I deleted largest size family,  but it doesn't work. How can I do for it.

Do you mean, it continued to fail to find values? You will have to remove more families. Alternatively, it may be that your tree is too deep. In this case, you could keep all your families but divide your analyses into multiple sets of more-closely related species.
