failed to initialise any reasonable values

hello everyone,

I am trying to run cafe5 but every time it throws the same error that fail to initilaise and ask to filter some families which i did already but it still throws the error. i have used the make_ultrametric.py to make tree ultrametric with specifying the root age and without specifying the root age but again cafe throws the same error. i have attached the file so have look and any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

I think it’s that your branch lengths are much too short. You can either drop the very short branches, or convert your tree to millions of years (assuming it’s not already in these units).
