I am trying to run CAFE 5/1.1.0 and the Base_report.cafe file appears truncated (ie missing columns for 'Family-wide P-value' 'Viterbi P-values'. This is what the head of the file looks like (when I run the tutorial on the test data from the GitHub page). Am I doing something wrong?
