Horns Mill Rd is continuous through to 33,

they're taking a break from it.. it was open yesterday also.

They resurfaced a small section - it's hardly noticable. The county
engineers office just told me Horns Mill will be worked on at least
until the end of September. They plan to close parts of it during the
day, and open it up in the evenings. They said the guys were sent
home for the day today due to the rain, so it seems they are fair
weather workers :)
