Since the volume on this list is actually lower than the occasional
spam, I've switched on message moderation for new members only.

Veterans will still be able to post instantly, without moderation.

I should add that there is nothing wrong with commercial posts from
actual HaH residents. Feel free to use the list as a classifieds
within the HAH community. It's just the automated commercial
mass-mail garbage from outsiders that I'm blocking.
