Hi. I recently bought a ABI jubilee and I can't light the carver 3000s auto. When I depress the controll Nob nothing happens at all. I will try and get a picture as it seems there is something missing. Does this model have a battery for the igniter? Thanks.

Thanks but mine is the 3000s model not covered it that Manuel. I have had a closer look this morning and at the bottom of the confrol valve there is a box with a 12v supply going to it. I am presuming this is the ignitor. I get no sound from it at all when depressing the Nob.

I have looked at the Manuel but nothing resembles what i Have. I have a 12v feed going to the box that is mounted on the floor of the heater next to the gas valve. I have a picture but unsure how to upload it to the forum.

Bit of an update. I managed to light the pilot light. It has a 12v input to the ignitor and sparks quite rapidly. I only get a orange pilot light tho and it won't light on the main burner. I'm guessing a blocked jet.
