Hello people,

was someone here able to get Hadouken running on a Core Server?

I am unable to start the service on a server core. As i test i installed the windows gui and installed Hadouken again.

Then i was able to run and access the servers/url. After that i deinstalled the windows gui, restarted the server and then it was unable again to start.

Somebody been successfull here with a windows core server?

Can you check the log file (C:\ProgramData\Haduken\log.txt) and the event log?

I cant say exactly why but now i got it running on Server Core. I installed .Net 3.5 Framework and did a few Reboots and windows Updates.

Strange. On a clean Windows 2012 R2 Install i wasnt able to start the service. Strange. Maybe i installed a few missing dependencies, which
are missing on a clean core installation?

to Hadouken BitTorrent client
Hi man

I use Windows Server 2012r2 Core edition and do not have problem.
Version: 6.3.9600, no special packages or something else, clear installation.
Just download Hdouken as ZIP, copy to fiolder, run as Administrator:
sc create Hadouken binPath="\"c:\bin\Hadouken\hadouken.exe\" --daemon" DisplayName="Hadouken torrent client" start=delayed-auto
sc start Hadouken
and open firewall
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="Hdkn rules in" dir=in action=allow program="c:\bin\Hadouken\hadouken.exe" enable=yes
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="Hdkn rules out" dir=out action=allow program="c:\bin\Hadouken\hadouken.exe" enable=yes
