about installation and configuration

i am jeffriy and beginner for hadoop..

i have problem for my cluster hadoop . i have hadoop multi node, a master and 4 slave nodes. my problem is a my slave nodes cannot connected to my master, when i acces to localhost:50070 slave not does not  appear that surfaced only master node, sorry my english is bad ...i am using hadoop 1.2.1 and my os is ubuntu 10.04 please give me an solution and tutorial installation and configuration full ? thanks

Jefri,

Full distribution of cluster requires a lot of steps of configuration. I am not sure exactly at which step are you and what is the issue. 

As a starting point, I am hoping that you would have correctly updated host files to point to the Master node.  

Making a video on full distribution is on list but on a distant future.
