Branch of the Core to Remove Modules

I've branched the core of Haddock CMS:

The trunk is not affected at this point. Once I've successfully moved
the modules to the plug-ins folder and I've successfully fixed and
tested a few sites to work with the new set up, I'll merge these
changes back into the trunk.

If you have projects that are working fine at the moment and you're
not interested in making them work with the new set up, it might be an
idea to check out this version of the code, as I will not mess around
with it or remove anything from it. Nor am I likely to make any
updates...
