Looking For Mold Attorney

I had water intrusion into my apartment from a lowgradiation towards
apartment and possibly from leaking roof. Had mold tester/Inspector
come out. There is lots of Toxic Mold and Bacteria present and all of
my belongings are contaminated. There Mold may have been present
before as we discovered wood rot that wasn't created by this current
water intrusion. There have been leaking pipes and possibly sewage
pipes as well. Also, my ceiling is Aspestos and the Tester said I
should get my unit tested for this as well. I am looking for an
Experience Attorney in Mold to take my case on a contingency basis. I
am low income Sec. 8. My Manager, Managemet co., & Water Restoration
Co. involed have been negligent in this matter. I need to retain an
Experienced Attorney as this is a health issue as well. Any help or
suggestions, I would appreciate.

I went through the same situation with a condo. You can get some
information on a group called sickbu...@yahoo.com. You can find
it by logging into yahoo. Is it really difficult to find an attorney
to take a mold case. Most don't know anything about it. You might try
to post the same message on the sickbuildings group, and also list your
state/area. I did file a lawsuit but I am still waiting almost 3.5
years later. Also, you really should try to get out of that place as
soon as possible before it ruins your health, as mold is basically like
a poison for the whole body, brain, and central nervous system. Good
