Considered one of the Greatest Starfleet Engineers EVER.
Came up with the Dalgliesh Tesseract Drive, which he claimed would make
intergalactic Travel as 'simple as an Earth-Moon jaunt'.
Disappeared with all hands on the ship TESS ONE (NX-100).
Cryptic messages have been receivedover the decades via Dirac Subspace
Transmitter [another Dalgliesh invention] claiming to be from the
"Tess-One" and they had reached 'The Edge of the Known universe'.
