Last major update until new release

I've done the last update to Hackvertor until the totally new version
is ready. My time is limited though because I only have Sunday's to do
any development.

The inspector is now very powerful. I've fixed the many escaping
problems with the DOM browser and inspector. The format looks much
nicer and I've added built in object properties from native js code.
I've included the interesting ones but I may add them all if I get
time.

I brute force javascript "hidden" properties by checking for values
between -10000 and 10000 on the object inspected. This has found
interesting stuff in Firefox like alert[-5] == alert (string).
