Freelance Rails maintenance/update gig

I had a friend hit me up to see if I'm interested in a Rails gig, and I'm not able to take it.
It's an "ancient Rails site" which needs maintenance and updates. He says "someone that does a bit of backend and frontend will probably be best suited". If any of you Rails guys are interested, let me know. I can't speak for the client, unfortunately, and my friend was a bit cagey ("He has some esoteric UI tastes and is bit high touch, but a good guy to work with") but it may fill someone's need.
