2016 AGM

Hi all,

It's about time to have our AGM again. I'm hoping we can have it in the second half of September.

Does anyone have any preference for day/date? We tend to avoid doing it on a Tuesday in case we have extra visitors on our open night so it's tended to be on a Wednesday/Thursday. I'll provisionally put it on Thursday the 15th of September at 7.30pm.

We need 50% of paying members to attend to be able to elect our board and we have a bit of money that needs spending so come and make sure your voice is heard.

Agenda to follow. Any agenda items that people would like to discuss please email me. Also anyone who's not able to come can nominate a proxy to vote for them.

I know I haven't been around anyway, but I'll try to come for this. Anything other than Monday and Thursday is good for me at the moment.
