Info Session at kLab this Tuesday

Hello everyone
We are having an info session at kLab on Tuesday 5:30 pm. Everything you want to know about Hacks/Hackers and all the questions you have to ask will be answered then. For more information visit http://www.klab.rw/public/event/32

The team is now much bigger the date for the official meeting will also be let known on that day. In our first meeting, the secretary and treasurer will also be elected as stated in the Hacks/Hackers structure. See you there and please remember to spread the word.

We never circulated an update about how the meeting went the other week. Can those who were in attendance share with the rest of the members the following: 

- Attendance

- Current # of members

- Next meeting date

- Agenda for next meeting (event planning? elections?)

- Any other information you find relevant.

Hello people
thanks for asking Ashley, and hope everyone is good.

The attendance wasn't that much but we had 17 new people turn-up, currently the team number is 30 and the next meeting is due end of this month.

The focus of the meeting is the upcoming Hackathon due in September.

A notice on exact meeting date will be sent before the end of Friday after confirming with kLab management.
