ABOUT US
At i.c.stars we provide a rigorous technology-based workforce development and leadership training program for low-income adults, developing Chicagoland’s most promising information technology talent with leadership goals and connecting them with career opportunities through our social enterprise and our partner organizations.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Training Program Manager is responsible for the overall facilitation and quality of the training program. They oversee a continual process of keeping i.c.stars curriculum and projects up to date, lead the delivery of stand-up training and individualized instruction, and oversee the recruitment, assessment, and placement process. The role requires regular analytical and metrics-based reporting to other staff, board members, and stakeholders.
