Volunteer opportunities at The London Orchard Project in October

Hello,

I am writing to you as I believe you got in touch interested in finding out more about The London Orchard Project, and wanting to hear about volunteer opportunities (or I thought you might be interested)....apologies if that is not the case, and please let us know so that we can avoid pestering you again!

We are seeking some volunteers in October to help at a number of harvesting days and Apple Day events. We will pay for your travel expenses and give you a fiver for your lunch for all of these. And some apples! Please see more information below, as well as relevant contact details. Times are approximate and will be confirmed:

7th October: Trip to RHS Wisley (or Brogdale tbc) 
Task: Help collect apple samples for an apple exhibition
Number of volunteers required: 2 
Times: 8 am- 5pm

9th October: Roots and Shoots Apple Day
Task: Help run a stall, likely to involve cooking
Number of volunteers required: 1 or 2
Times: 10 am- 5 pm

11th October: Harvesting at Bethlem Royal Hospital
Task: Help harvest apples, loads of them!
Number of volunteers required: 6
Times: 10 am- 4 pm

15th October: Apple Day at Cecil Sharp House
Task: Help run a stall, likely to involve juicing
Number of volunteers required: 2
Times: 12 pm-6pm

16th October: The London Orchard's Project Apple Day, Centre for Wildlife Gardening, Dulwich
Task: Run juicing demonstrations, manage apple exhibitions
Number of volunteers required: 3
Times: 10 am- 5 pm

22nd October: The London Orchard Project's Apple Festival Day 1, Camley Street, King's Cross
Task: Run juicing demonstrations, manage apple exhibitions, help run demonstration workshops
Number of volunteers required: 4
Times: 10 am- 5pm (there will be live music till 9pm)

23rd October: The London Orchard Project's Apple Festival Day 2, Camley Street, King's Cross
Task: Run juicing demonstrations, manage apple exhibitions, help run demonstration workshops
Number of volunteers required: 4
Times: 10 am- 5pm
