Hi there,
There are a couple of interesting links that I wanted to point out.

First is http://hacklab.to/ , the Toronto hacklab. They have a good
blog that includes a lot of great activities, announcements and the
like. You can also hang out with them on Freenode at #hacklabto (it's
a very active IRC channel).

The second is http://events.ccc.de/congress/2007/Fahrplan/attachments/1003_Building%20a%20Hacker%20Space.pdf
- a presentation given at the 24th Chaos Communication Congress by
some people who had built a very successful hacklab. It details their
experiences and gives some good design patterns.

If anybody finds anything else interesting/relevant, send it this way.
