Sup hackers!

Been awhile since I've emailed, but now that I'm back living in NYC hopefully I'll be more active here.

I just found 2 cool new tools I wanted to share:

Connect6 - basically the same thing as rapportive before LinkedIn bought them and take away all the good stuff.

Conspire - it uses email communication frequency and some other scores to determine relationship strength and the most efficient way to connect to a 2nd degree connection. It also gives some pretty cool email stats.

Happy hacking!

Hey Scott. Welcome back, buddy.

Consipire looks really cool. I'm digging the network feature. And I really like the connect6 interface. Pretty slick.

Similar to Connect6, I just heard that Discover.ly now has a gmail plugin that works on top of rapportive and adds back a lot of that lost functionality as well.

Thanks for sending this Scott.  I created a conspire group called HackingNYC so that we can see how Conspire can actually help us.  Feel free to join here: https://www.conspire.com/hackingnyc?ac=z5pbtjmznzxqxse23

Thanks for sharing Connect6 and Conspire, Scott!

Great to have you back in NYC and looking forward to hearing more from you. BTW, Loved your podcast with Mark Manson.

Would like to throw Refresh's hat in the ring which I've been using to get digital dossiers of prospective clients I'm meeting up with. #happyhacking

Cheers,
Earle

here is another interesting tool for gmail:

Immersiona free new Web tool from  M.I.T., securely scans your email, then derives amazing discoveries about how you know the various people in your life.

Here’s how it works: Once you grant Immersion secure access to your Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook account, it will scan every email you’ve ever sent or received since the beginning of time and then create a visual map of all the people you communicate with and how often.
