Unfortunately it's too late get on this now –

This particular routing was so cheap because of how Alitalia had their fuel surcharge system set up, so that the ticket rules for some flights on this particular routing (US-Europe, Europe-Asia) would "dump" or remove the fuel surcharge. They've fixed it now.
