As for the leaders.. I agree with Ivo, I don't think someone can put rules on who can and who cannot be leading a community. It's surely a matter of this person's time and will.
- What I think is important is inclusivity of existing groups/communities. That’s where I see bottlenecks and evangelization to be done.
- I miss some sort of “founders get-together” actions. This show is about them, often without them.
- It’s very hard to see what color neighbour’s grass has. Most of us suffer from lack of knowledge of the infrastructure, strengths and weaknesses or law differences in the other countries.
- When it comes to events, hubs, accelerators and other startup supportive systems, I believe in organic way of improvement.

I don't know why byt I can't post into groups. So here's some of my point outs:
