Hey crew,

thank you all for the session today. I think we opened up several interesting issues and topics and look forward to developing them further within this group!

Speaking of which... It would probably make sense to expand it just a little bit - but gently, we still want to keep it small enough to be able to discuss and decide on specific and operational issues. In the first step, I'd like to add to the group several people who were involved with this initiative from early on but could not make it today, such as Yalim from Turkey, Natasa from Montenegro and Jugoslav from Slovenia.

I will speak with Juergen (man, we missed you today!) about what guidelines / limits we'd like to set up to balance out the need to be inclusive and the need to be operational. If there are no serious objections from today's participants I'd like to keep decisions about who to include and who not to Juergen and myself, at least for an initial period.
