Nov meetup: Mon the 15th @ 6pm: "Show and Tell"

For our November meetup, we'll have a laid-back session of "whatever folks want to talk about" - bring whatever it is you've been working on, or just an idea you want to pitch or know more about, and we'll chat about it!

I'll have a few Madison datasets loaded into https://click-that-hood.com/ as a demo - Click-that-hood is a fun 'geography challenge' game that Code for America put together a few years ago that Code for Germany took over this fall and is starting to modernize, deal with long-standing pull requests, and just fix things that have broken over time. (I'm working with them to get map tiles loading again.)

This will be our last meeting of 2021 - our regular date in December falls right in the main holiday week, so we'll skip December. We may skip January as well - our regular date is the Dr. King holiday so we may pick back up in February - stay tuned!

So bring anything you want - code you've written, code you want to write, a dataset you're cleaning up or an idea for a dataset you wish existed, a cool project you saw somewhere else or an interesting news article, or whatever else is on your mind. Or, don't bring anything and just join in and chat!
