Help plan the next "Hack for Western Mass"

I have been thinking it's getting to be time to start the planning process for the 2014 Hack for Western Mass event.  The national event date hasn't been announced yet.  Hopefully that will be decided soon, but given the large task of organization that needs to occur, it seems best to begin sooner rather than later.

Are you interested in helping to make it happen this year?  I'm imagining meeting in February to lay out a plan and get things rolling.  I can offer a meeting space at Healthlens at 378 Pleasant St in Northampton on Thursday, February 20th from 6-8.  Other times and dates could be possible as well; we could have a doodle poll or something.  Just wanted to put something out there to start the discussion.

I think we have a quorum and should lock that in as the official kick off meeting for Hack for Western Mass 2014.

If folks can’t make the 20th there will be lots of ways to be involved and we can send out a doodle poll for the following meeting.

Was in DC this week and got some intel that NDoCH will again be the weekend after Memorial Day: May 31 - June 1 (with acknowledgement that local organizers may choose a surrounding weekend if that's better for their respective communities).

We are getting started with planning for the next hackathon tonight.  We are meeting at Healthlens at 378 Pleasant St in Northampton from 6-8. Enter on the left side of the building and come upstairs to the office on the second floor.  Looking forward to seeing many of you tonight!
