Anyone with good ideas on equipment that the group will find either essential or mildly amusing?

What about a server to host Virtual Machines? Simple web servers for experiments/testing?

Really like the look of the ORDbot Hadron,

220x220mm bed, and comes pre-assembled!

I really like the look of the lulzbot Taz 6 yes it's considerably more expensive but I thought purpose of having a makerspace us to build your own stuff not just to buy stuff off the shelf this is an open source product hello do not think it is beyond the average person to build this printer

Hi Russell,

That's a great point, I built my first 3d printer which was a very early rep rap... Hopefully a member will come along with a real passion to build another one! I just want to use one to make other stuff these days...

We have an UP mini 2 in the space now, which is great for smaller items but it would be great to build something bigger and bolder! Open to any suggestions / volunteers! :)
