Any squarespace blackbelts out there/

I have what to me seems like a simple custom development task for anyone out there who considers themselves to be a Squarespace expert.  Need to get done in the next day or two.

If you or anyone you know fits that description, contact me for a short-term gig.  Here are the requirements:

1.  A user receives an email with a link to click to opt in to receive announcement of our upcoming crowdfund campaign.

2.  The link contains a parameter unique to that recipient... like... http:www.blahblah.../variable?email=jgreer%40makexchange.com

3.  User clicks link that takes them to squarespace page in question.

4.  Squarespace page says "You're In!  Keep your eyes peeled for the announcement!".

5.  Page has additional message " Tell a friend about us and get a perk" with a button to press.

6.  On button press, a form appears allowing user to enter list of email addresses and names.

7.  User clicks 'submit' button and Squarespace page adds email addresses provided, names, AND EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PERSON WHO GAVE US THEIR NAME on our mailchimp list.

Apparently getting the name of the referrer connected to submitted email addresses is tough???

I've tried using upwork and other crowdsource IT help with lackluster results.  So I'm appealing to my goto buddies in hopes of success.  :-)
