Moving Matters - Help Needed

Dear friends of HSG,

you may have already heard that we are moving to a new location soon™. As such, we need all the help we can get to organise the space and get our stuff over to the new location.

This entails, among other things, keeping your stuff in your designated storage boxes (if you have one as part of your membership) so that we can move the boxes over cleanly.

If your membership or your recurring payment has lapsed for whatever reason, but you still have things in the space you would like to retain or retrieve, we can make arrangements. However, for this service we would like to request that you help us by paying a small storage fee of S$64 per month of arrears in lieu of your actual membership fees.

For example, as it is November: if your membership lapsed in June 2024, and you have things you would like to retrieve, we would appreciate a payment of S$64 * 4 = S$256 for July through October.

This offer will be valid till 1st December 2024. After this, we will assume all unclaimed items not in allocated storage boxes or lockers have been donated to the space and will be made available to anyone who wants them, with priority given to members.
