Plenum tomorrow (reminder)

Hi all,

Reminder that there will be a Hackerspace.SG plenum tomorrow in the library.

Agenda:
- update on financial status
- proposal of formalising overseas membership tier at $64/mth for
members who are overseas most of the time (luther)
- proposal for a payment procedure for members who are in SIN only
on some months. (luther)
- update on the impact of announcing / prep of drinks of drinks during events.
- update on arrears status
- update on any progress on any action items from last plenum

additionally following the plenum there will be an open discussion on the following topics:
- further discussion of survey to find prospective members who are willing to join if regular membership gets halved to $64/mth (as mentioned in previous plenum) (luther)
- intern matching as a potential revenue source for hackerspace (laurence)
