Where to Find USP Grade Glycerin and Propylene Glycol?

Any idea where you can buy USP grade Glycerin and Propylene Glycol in bulk in Singapore?

I'm talking liters, not 55 gallon drums.

Ordering online, overseas, the shipping is ridonkulous. Searching online, I can find tiny bottles or metric tons.

There has to be someplace that's geared to sell modest quantities--but I have no idea what that company would look like.

you can get USP food grade propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin here, they sell in liters with free shipping to your home if you buy above $50...
