Hiring freelancer for a short API development project

Hi all,

My company is looking to hire a freelancer to work on a project. We are working with a media company to design an algorithm to recommend articles based on user history, in addition to a GUI that will allow their non-technical staff to test it. The GUI has already been made, as has the algorithm for identifying article keywords. The main part of the project would involve connecting all parts of the system together using APIs, along with possibly a little Python code for sorting articles based on their keywords. It should take 1-2 weeks to complete. We're happy to negotiate regarding payment terms and deadlines.
