Good Day,

I am starting a new web startup and would need developers on the
team!

Looking for:
Someone well versed in Joomla/PHP/Java/Rails and would be good if able
to design the UI/UX in vector graphics as well.

Most importantly, someone who has the entrepreneurial and creative
streak. Looking for a winner, not a piker.

Willing to take on challenges and stick it through with the founding
team to make the product a success.

Interested parties can drop me an email at magnif...@gmail.com

It's hard to dispute that given the pains I had with earlier versions of Joomla (<=1.5)  but I wonder if the newer versions have improved the experience.

I can't imagine the "interesting" from what you posted here. Maybe more details for others who interested to join to have clear picture of how interesting your startup is?

Do you have development skills or a business record of your own, too? You're asking for a lot but you've offered nothing.
