I don't see any issue in switching to 18th. Provides more time for
minutes of previous meeting to be ready so we can update the status of
the discussion items.

Edited to remove discussions on specific named individuals - I suggest that membership committee forms seperate discussion to retain privacy of members while maintaining records of discussion.

Also it would appear from the past minutes that having plenums seems to be a comfort for not actually doing anything - there are few action points and almost no ownership of the issues. Perhaps in future anyone who proposes an item should automatically the owner, and must seek to resolve and close that issue within a specific timeframe. This is different from specific actions, which the owner may have help accomplishing.
