Dear all,
I just wanted to let you know that we (the Phnom Penh LUG) and NIPTICT
are organizing Software Freedom Day on this coming Saturday. Darren is
actually giving a talk but more importantly it will be an afternoon to
promote the use of Free and Open Source Software. It is happning at
NIPTICT on Kampuchea Krom (not far from the Central Market) and the full
