Speakers for Software Freedom Day 2015

Hi,

We are organizing a Software Freedom Day event in Phnom Penh at the
NIPTICT, which will most likely be celebrated on:

September 19, 2015 Saturday

Time:
1pm - 5:30pm

Venue:
Ground Floor, Information Access Center, the NIPTICT Building,
National Institute of Posts, Telecoms and ICT (NIPTICT)
No. 41 Russian Federation Blvd, Phnom Penh

The event will be organized by Digital Freedom Foundation, NIPTICT and
Hackerspace Phnom Penh. The primary goal of the event is to promote Free
and Open Source Software in Phnom Penh, we target to have around 100
users and developers to join our event. We would like to invite you to
give a talk at our event. We have allocated 25 minutes for each talk,
and the topic can be either technical (target developers), introductory
/ communities (target users) centered or any other subject regarding
Free and open source software. Talks can be in English or Khmer and Wifi
will be provided in the venue.
